Yagan Square
A vital link between Perth’s CBD and Northbridge, Yagan Square is positioned as the entertainment & place-activation hub of the Perth City Link development. Its design, inspired by the Aboriginal six-season calendar, sought to reshape community perceptions and attract visitors to the site, offering a mix of retail, dining, and public spaces.
Social Meteor's role in shaping this vision in the digital space involved a Social Strategy that leveraged high-end photography, graphic design, and captivating short-form videos to show the Yagan Square not just a place but a symbol of unity, innovation, and respect for the land and its people, bridging the past and future of Western Australia.
Elizabeth Quay
Located at the heart of Perth, Western Australia, Elizabeth Quay represents a transformative vision for urban renewal and waterfront development. Established as a centrepiece for the city’s revitalisation efforts, it merges the bustling energy of urban life with the serene beauty of the Swan River, fostering a dynamic space where community, culture, and commerce intersect seamlessly.
Extensive collaboration between the two teams produced a complete Social Strategy that leveraged high-end photography, graphic design, and captivating short-form videos to bring attention to the activations and tenants at Elizabeth Quay.
In addition, Social Meteor continues to manage paid advertising for both precincts, aiming to increase awareness of activations and drive foot traffic to existing venues, while also promoting third-party events.
