The SM team landed on a multi-platform solution designed to re-engage with existing audience segments whilst finding new digital customers of all ages.
The strategy involved monthly content production, approval, and implementation structure, whereby platform-specific photography and video were created specifically for Meta, Pinterest and TikTok platforms. With a focus on authentic content that clearly communicates the product to the customer, these creative assets were the spearhead of the digital conversion funnel.
Campaigns were delivered nationally across three social platforms with monthly ad budgets in the five figures. All assets were split-tested and monitored daily, optimising for performance. The system is still being utilised by the Social Meteor team for The Secret today, 2 years on, with great success.
